What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form or request a quote, that is:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number and company name, if you provide them
- The service you are interested in
- Your message or project details
- Any artwork files you attach
We do not ask for payment card details, government identification, or any other sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and complete your printing job. That is the only reason we collect it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Artwork you send us
Files you attach to the contact form are delivered to us by email so we can review and print your job. Please send only artwork you have the right to reproduce. If you would prefer we delete your files once a job is finished, just ask.
How your information reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our email through Resend, an email delivery service, and the site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Both handle the information solely to pass it along to us. Our website is protected by simple automated checks that discard obvious spam submissions before they reach us.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads if you choose to show it; once loaded, Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not follow you across other websites. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service that reports totals such as how many people visited a page, without cookies and without building a profile of you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job files for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

Children
This website is intended for business and general use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
